During the Technobank Event this year in Belgrade we took the chance to honor our partnership and the success by presenting a small trophy to our partner in the Adriatic Cluster countries.

We are very happy to achieve more than 1,500 installations of our multivendor ATM Monitoring solutions KIXOperator with our partner Printec Group in the Adriatic Cluster.

14 years ago Printec decided on our ATM monitoring software to enter into the Adriatic Cluster market for customers with modest-sized installations in a multivendor ATM environment. The flexibility of KIXOperator to be used on premise as well as in operation / data centers with the same setup and the same transparent pricing structure was one of the key factors to choose the solution.

In more than 95% of the cases, the service desk team can remotely identify the source of the hardware problem by using the transparency provided by KIXOperator. This helps to speed up repairs and to reduce the downtime – both of which are important success factors for the bank to keep the end customer satisfaction at a high level.

Today, the installations are running in 17 banks in the region: some of them on-premise in Albania, Macedonia and some via a cluster installation (hosted by Printec in Athens) for banks in Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro. With both approaches Printec reaps the benefits of using SBS’ KIXOperator: on-premise customers enhance Printec’s expertise as local ATM solution specialists, while cluster installations allow Printec to optimize the service packages offered to their clients.
